Knitting

State of the art circular knitting facility with us a capacity of 4000kgs per day with solid and auto stripes fabric from well-known leading circular knitting machine manufacture, Mayer & cei from Germany, pailong from Taiwan and falmac from UK, provide us to meet customers’ requirements and achieve excellence in fabric quality.

Dyeing

We have sophisticated HTHP soft flow dyeing machines from Italians brazzoli by using AZO free reactive and disperse dyes from the vessel range of 50kgs, 500kgs and 1000kgs with works in eco-friendly conditions. We are using dyes and chemicals only from well reputed large scale manufacturers and we ensure our fabric quality and standards at every stage with our advanced laboratory and experienced technicians.

Garment Production

We have fully equipped garment making factories right from cutting to packing in the capacity of 400 k garments per month by using world’s foremost machine brands like Pegasus, Juki and Brother.

Printing

We have a garment printing division equipped with automatic screen printing machines MHM and M & R and manual machines includes capacity of 40,000 impressions with average of 15,000-20,000 garments per day. We have well experience in printing techniques and we are doing Discharge, Pigment, Gadi, Hi-density, Foil, Flock, Glitter, Gel and Puff prints up to 10 colors.

Embroidery

We have sophisticated embroidery divisions includes Japanese leading embroidery machines which provides hi-definition stitches in designs and enable mass scale execution with upto 9 colors.
